Fill out a quick survey to tell us about your household! We’ll confirm your eligibility and send you information about upcoming Info Sessions.
Attend an online or in-person Info Session: At an Info Session, we’ll answer your questions and explain the next steps to getting your new heating and cooling system.
Schedule a site visit and get a quote: An installer will visit your home to assess your needs and provide a quote for your heat pump and installation.
Approve financial package contract: We’ll give you detailed information about your subsidy, additional tax credits and rebates, and options for financing, location dependent. Once you sign your contract and make a down payment, you’ll be ready to go!
Get your heat pump! Your installer will install your new heat pump and you’ll start saving on heating costs. Installation wait times vary, but can take several weeks. Sign up early!
Follow-up & support: We’ll provide resources for maintaining your system and weathering power outages. We’ll also consult on more ways to kick carbon and reduce your fossil fuel usage.
