Unless otherwise noted, all materials on our site and in our programs (text, graphics, logos, audio, video, etc.) are the property of Kicking Gas or used with permission.

Refunds for events or programs may be offered at the discretion of event organizers will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

We provide a recommended installer for each region that the program reaches. However, clients are ultimately responsible for choosing an installer that they trust to complete their project.

These Codes are governed by the laws of Washington State, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you reside in another state (such as California, Oregon, or Idaho), your consumer rights under those laws will still apply.
