How do I know if I am eligible?

If the following apply to you, then congratulations – you’re eligible! 

  • I live in one of the following communities:

    • Whidbey Island, WA

    • Snohomish County, WA

    • Bainbridge Island, WA

  • I currently use propane, oil, wood, or so-called “natural” gas in my home for heating and/or cooking.

  • I want to SAVE BIG on ductless heat pumps, electric cooking appliances, and more!

The Home Electrification and Appliance Rebates Program is supported with funding from Washington’s Climate Commitment Act. The CCA supports Washington’s climate action efforts by putting cap-and-invest dollars to work reducing climate pollution, creating jobs, and improving public health. Information about the CCA is available at www.climate.wa.gov.
